First choice delivers comprehensive credit reports for individuals and businesses, as well as verifies licenses, education, employment and more.

For all of our verification services, First Choice conducts two to three attempts daily over a three (3) day period of time (or as the client’s business rules and/or scope of work indicate). This process may include obtaining and faxing the applicant’s signed authorization to a previous employer or school and/or reaching out to the applicant directly to obtain supplemental documentation. If verification is unsuccessful, it is escalated to a lead/supervisor for review and completion. This unique method allows First Choice to have a 1% unable to verify rate, across all clients.
